Missing products
I made an order from the app and they didn’t send me a blusher, however the status of the delivery is completed. Tried calling support, didn’t answer, sent 2 emails same story. Don’t recommend to order and pay in advance if you don’t want to lose your money, because nobody will care to refund or even to check anything. Robbery store!
Untrustworthy
I made an order and paid by credit card after 9 days they cancelled the order when I contacted the customer service the answer was order cancelled because of price changes 😂😂 They raised the price and cancelled the old paid orders.
Faulty orders always
UAE market For the 2nd time I received faulty items First one was about product I purchased The 2nd for gift offer for big purchase received totally different than the displayed and does not match my skin type so it is useless

The worst
My product was open when I recieved it and it is mascara something that I have to put on my eyes. Plus they didn’t send me a gift with purchase that I was entitled for. Costumer service non existent. Don’t buy from them.
