FACING IT is an app that will help you overcome social anxiety and engage effectively in the social situations you find difficult. The goal of this app is to challenge yourself with small actions every day to help break the cycle of social anxiety and develop self-confidence, mindfulness, psychological flexibility, and resilience to stress.

FACING IT is built together with world-class Ph.D. psychologists and it includes techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure therapy to help you overcome inner resistance, understand how your mind works, and take action that brings you closer to your true self.

FACING IT offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$4.99 per month
$39.99 per year (that’s $3.33 a month - save over 30%)
These prices are for US customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and you will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
