Why should I have to pay to use the app? This is a school function so I have to use the computer/ web browser….

Constantly logs you out and when you log in it runs you in circles when you decline the paid subscription it takes you back to log in and over and over and it’s pointless. It’s always been a bad app but has actually managed to get worse. Would like to save time from logging in the website but that’s the only thing that works.

App is poorly laid out, glitchy and now they want 5 dollars to use the app. Delete the app and use your browser. Waste of time and money.

I only use this because it’s required to pay my child’s tuition.

Total junk. Won’t let me login without a paid subscription, yet their is a cancel option and a skip intro. option. I pay enough in tuition and do’t think I should pay for an app. the school wants me to use when I can use it on my laptop browser. Such a lousy app. I hope they change to a better company

Absolute garbage. School makes me use it. Can’t print lesson plans from app which makes this beyond useless. Shouldn’t have to use computer for basic functions.

My kid’s school uses this to bill us but apparently if I want to use this then I have to pay. No thanks.

There’s a new update every week, logs you out and it’s impossible to log back in! Log in info doesn’t store, takes forever to regain account access, have to be consistently updating password, ugh what a nightmare!

Every time I open the app it has to be updated. Every. single. time.

So I have been using this app for 5 years now and they just stared charging
