## Fairbuds Description
Unlock the full potential of your Fairbuds or Fairbuds XL with the newly revamped Fairbuds app.

Take full control of your sound, and tailor it exactly to your liking. Choose from an array of new presets to adjust the equalizer. Go heavy on the bass when listening to electronic music, or switch to clearer vocals for your favorite podcasts. You can go even more granular with the custom EQ feature and tweak the sound from scratch. Use the Fairbuds apps to play around with a multi-band equalizer, and create the perfect sound profile for yourself.

You can also use the Fairbuds app to make sure your device's firmware is always up-to-date. Get notifications when a new update is available, and make sure your Fairphone audio product is always performing at its peak.

## Fairbuds Reviews in Germany

### ****- "Would be nice to use this app also on macOS"
How can I save the EQ presets so the headphones will also know them when connected to other devices?

Danach 5 Sterne
-- Fairbuds, 2026-06-27

### **--- "Problematic app"
I want to like the product, the modularization and decent hardware quality. However the software is really really underwhelming. The headphones always starts by default on ANC mode, a mode which is not usable out doors due to the loud wind noises. The prompt volume which cannot be adjusted or turned off. The always resetting equalizer setting. The very finicky two device connectivity. The app for some reason needs to connect again every time you open it.

### *---- "Update of Fairbuds does not work"
Sadly the title says it all. There is an update for the Fairbuds which is not installable with this App. The support is no help too. So as cool as the idea of a repairable headphone is this App is of no use.
-- Auch-Ich, 2025-08-06

### *---- "Immer wieder neu koppeln?"
-- DerPfarrer, 2025-07-24

### *---- "Was soll diese App bringen?"

-- Paddyo3000, 2025-02-13
