Out of desperation called up help desk again to highlight my misery and this time they managed to fix it and emailed me to try again; matter was solved until a few days ago the same issue of failure to login happened again. Tried using chat bot but it was completely and utterly useless. Sent an email for help but no one responded. Waited for a few days until someone from IT then emailed me back wanting to know “more” about my issue but then he neither responded back or acknowledged receiving my reply. Waited for a few days before calling and talking to a customer service person to complain about my issue and the poor response from the IT guy. This lady assured me she will follow up and “escalate” the issues to the IT department . To date after one week, no one either call or email me. I have the name and email receipt of the so-called IT guy if FairPrice is interested. -- extremely laughable, 2024-12-20 ### ***-- "Opt in and get error" Get $2 off your order • Simply opt in to receive exclusive offers. And got this “The operation couldn't be completed. (PromoCodeUI.PromoCodeError error1.)” I didn’t get the $2 off, yet receive an sms that I have successfully subscribed to the SMS marketing from FairPrice Online. -- superkaly, 2024-12-17 ### ***-- "User friendly feature missing" Appreciate the feature to amend delivery address without need to call hotline or fill form. While security is important, the inconvenience outweighs it’s security aspect. What a let down using this app. Now, I buy less from NTUC. Now when the app is closed, those I had tick previously to purchase within the next few days is automatically removed. So need to look up the list, tick it again and ensuring not to close the app until I do my shopping.
