## Faith Direct Reviews in United States

### *---- "Fix the App"
I have been using this app for years and suddenly. I have to go to website because it says I have no internet connection. I’ve removed the app and will simply go to the website.
-- Commjunk, 2025-01-03

### ****- "Helloooo???"
Is anyone reading these reviews?! This app hasn’t worked in over a year! Shameful to ignore the requests to allow us to donate to the church and our community! Yet guessing you keep charging the parishes to “distribute” our donations…
-- MunkeyLuvin, 2024-11-27

### *---- "App Doesn’t Work"
Whenever I open the app it just stays frozen on the screen that says faith direct.
-- Des3224, 2024-11-11

### *---- "App does not work"
Download the app and all I get is the logo.
-- VoltesVA, 2024-10-06

### *---- "App doesn’t even open anymore"
This app is totally useless! I’m running iOS 17.5.1 and I can’t even open the app! Why aren’t they updating this thing?!?
-- Joan of DC, 2024-07-14

### *---- "App is useless"
I cannot open app for almost a year now, I always have to go to safari to log in to Faith Direct to make one time contribution. They are very efficient to collect my monthly contributions for my church but they are inefficient with their apps.
-- Edith1089, 2024-05-17

### *---- "Faith Direct App"
Freezes up upon opening
-- Unhappy with thisapp, 2024-02-22

### *---- "Says no internet connection"
I have attempted to use this app on both my iPhone, and my iPad, but when I open both apps, they simply give me a message that I’m not connected to the Internet? Well, of course I am, that’s how I downloaded it, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Too bad I would’ve loved to of use the app instead of a browser to monitor and continue donations.
-- senorabeth, 2024-01-21

### *---- "Practically invisible font"
I’m now donating less to my church because I relied on the convenience of this app since I don’t carry cash or checks. The last update made the font nearly invisible and I can’t log in. I know I need to develop a new system for my own donations but this sure is a loss for churches that have benefited from the app’s use. Please redesign!
-- PittsburghPrayer, 2023-12-14

### *---- "Useless"
Doesn’t work
-- DNF0330, 2023-09-16
