They can book an appointment only with the doctor available for respective specialty. They can also view their visits in the app as part of the Timeline feature.

Very dissatisfied with the app. I can never book an appointment, I can never find available slot, no doctor is ever available through the app. So i dont understand whats the point of the app???? Very disappointed

تبديل المرضى في التطببق !!!

عند تسجيل أفراد الاسرة، يلزم تسجيل كل فرد بحد ذاته ثم نقوم بالخروج من التطببق. ثم الدخول مرة أخرى لتسجيل فرد آخر وخكذا. وعند استكمال تسجيل الأفراد جميعا، لا نستطيع تبديل المريض في الأيقونة ( تبديل مريض)، لذا يتوجب علينا الخروج من التطبيق والدخول مرة اخرى بإسم الفرد المراد اخذ موعد له. بإختصار لا نستطيع حجز عدة مواعيد لافراد الاسرة بسهولة ( يتطلب دخول الموقع والحجز ومن ثم الخروج ، والدخول مرة اخرى لفرد آخر وهكذا). اتمنى أن تحل هذه المشكلة…. دمتم بود.

خدمة توصيل الادوية سئية جدا تم الاتصال بي عند الساعة ١١ صباحا تقريبا وتم ارسال العنوان له وبالاتصال به اكثر من مرة بوعدني بعد نصف ساعة ويمر الوقت واكثر ونعاود الاتصال به يقول بعد ساعة وهكذا وحتى كتابة هذا الملاحظة لم يصل الدواء وانا مريض قلب وبحكم هذه اول مرة اتعامل مع الخدمة فانها سئية جدا جدا للاسف واعطي هذه الخدمة ولا نجمة اما بخصوص تواصل الطبيب. معي فانها جيد جدا اما غير ذلك فلا

المشكله الوحيده في هذا القسم عدم الانضباط في الوقت لدرجة اني الغي حضوري بسبب تأخري في الدخول للدكتوره والانتظار اكثر من نصف ساعه عن الموعد من قبل الدكتوره

I have been trying to get an appointment for last 60 minutes and this hospital and all of its forums, be it website or app are nothing but a pain. Super hard to get yourself registered and if you’re lucky to pass that milestone, good luck finding the doctor. This is the only reason why I would never go to this hospital
