Also, you shouldnt ask ppl to download the app so they access their reports (Specially if the app is bad!) It is a hospital not a restaurant, people are sick and need easy care, you are just making it more difficult for a tired person to get his pocket paid documents!

I had got 2 pcr test in DSO drive through and both are not reflecting in history. Even if PCR testing is done by third party It is under FHU and thus FHU owns the responsibility.
Secondly to add insurance policy, application required picture of health card. Now a days physical cards are not issued and punched on Emirates ID. Please provide some alternative solution.

I spoke to a customer service agent in the fakeeh university and he was extremely rude. His name is Ahmad and today morning at 5:45 3rd January 2022 I called him to report and enquire about a positive Covid report of my husband. He is not trained and very poor service representative. He was rude throughout the call and dint felt sorry about it. These people must be replaced with many other hard working deserving staff.
