Amazed by what’s on offer for free here. Really good trails with excellent walkthroughs which are really well produced. My one request would be that you provide a GPX file of these walks so that I can just put it on my watch. Not a fan of taking my phone out my pocket all the time and I listen to the audio with AirPods. Overall amazing, I’ll be telling everyone to download this.
Just finished the Rough Castle Trail and really enjoyed it. The information talks were just the right length with the right amount of information to keep my teenager interested and I liked the way the App just started each talk as we approached the marker. There is one bit where the App takes you off the trail to get to Rough Castle and you can walk that way but you can also stick to the paths and follow the wooden way signs both get you where you are going. The paths are good enough for a buggy and possibly a wheelchair but some of the anti-cycle gates may cause problems, we didn’t have a buggy or wheelchair with us but the path was great underfoot. Lovely walk on a lovely day and great to find out more about the local area.
Feels like this is a partially finished product. No consistent info about length of routes or terrain. Some good audio though, so hopefully more content will be added.
