Amazing app it’s changed my life, great features. Really fast customer support, and always helpful.
Great for private group chats
The app is great and always making improvements. And they actually implement user suggestions quite fast. There are still a lot of things they need to fix, but considering they haven't been around long, I think they're doing a good job. You just gotta be patient. All the negative reviews seem to be from people who don't understand how the app works or just salty cz they didn't get their way.

CAN’T JOIN GROUP
I click an invite link and it takes me to the app store and not to join the group!!!
Relies in communities outside of app
I don’t understand Fambase’s strategy with this app. There’s no way to build your groups and search for new groups in app anymore. You can’t scan QR codes saved in pictures, only a scanner to scan... another phone screen? Which makes no sense. Updates that say ‘improved user experience’ usually mean the ability to do something has been removed, such as join 5+ groups or post links in groups. This app relies on communities outside of Fambase to build and grow. Fambase customer support won’t help you recover your account from another mobile number. This app won’t be around in the long run. Nothing new has been added to benefit viewers but on the plus side streamers get a lot of new features, stream quality is good and user interface is easy to navigate.
No verification code been sent!!
Can you sort this app out please. It is awful to try and make an account.. I cannot get the app to send me a verification code to sign up. WHY DOES IT NOT HAVE THE CHOICE TO LOG IN VIA AN EMAIL ACCOUNT? Tried emailing them no reply! Is this app even still been supported?
