不親切です
まずアプリ自体の使い勝手が悪すぎます。 そして事前に説明が無かった為に、区役所を往復する羽目になりました。事前すべての必要書類を説明するべきです。
連絡先も記載なし
アプリ不具合で連絡しようにもどこにもメルアドや電話番号の記載がない。
準備する書類が
飛行機搭乗のため、登録しようとしましたが、 書類集めで躊躇します。 また、Androidのアプリがないので ハードル高く断念。 アプリ使用するにはハードルが高いです。
iCloud
iCloud オンしても使えません。
エラーが発生しました。と表示されて使えない。
書類を送付したのですがエラーが発生しましたと表示されて手続きを進めることが出来ず全くつかえません。
