Family Doctor

It picked my wife's mobile number from practice records that i didnt enter in app setup. Also can't find account maintenance where i can correct this.

Been trying to book an appointment. Told me my token expired and I need to logout and log in again. There were no login details so I basically had to set my family up again. Then tried to rebook the appt and the same thing happened. Totally frustrating

Great app when it works!!! After a few days, I click on the app and it comes up with a blank screen!!! Not very helpful. Then have to download it again and fill in names again. Very frustrating.

The new interface doesn’t send an sms on the first try and totally ignores the app notification I got to see my test results. There is NOWHERE after logging in to see my results which the app gave me a notification to see…..

No options to book with my doctor on this app and phone wait times are incredibly long. Healthengine was much better but this is also no longer an option for my clinic.

Convenient and efficiency. Will recommend to friends.
