Clipping coupons hasn’t been working for like a month -- lopez1229, 2026-09-06 ### ***-- "Was 5⭐️ now 3" Still think this is a good app but ever since the last update it won’t let me set a location -- desireemishe20200714, 2026-08-27 ### *---- "Freezes" I haven’t been able to use any of the coupons because the stupid app freezes every single time! I can scroll and look through the site, but as soon as I try to use the coupon the whole app freezes. What a scam! -- uninterrupted worship, 2026-08-26 ### **--- "Fix it" Freeze and take me out and it’s very slow -- Rodriguezz13, 2026-08-26 ### **--- "PLEASE FIX!!!" Your app isn’t working again. Didn’t work before the update. Still not working after the update. I want to see the weekly ad but - despite being logged in - it will not let me pick a store. Just keeps saying none available no matter how I try to get a store loaded. I don’t understand why this app has so many issues so often.😞 ** Finally got a store loaded. It won’t accept zip codes and it will not allow for a comma between the town and state submitted. I don’t understand why it kept me logged in yet would not keep my chosen store. -- strmyski, 2026-08-26 ### *---- "Can’t clip coupons" For several months now, I haven’t been able to clip coupons. I have tried closing the app, updating, etc. I am only able to clip coupons from their website. Please fix! -- Skygirl101, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "App sucks" App won’t let you select a store. What is that. Fix it now before I write thousands of reviews bashing your cheap app -- Tracy2662, 2026-08-25 ### *---- "Don’t Download" Ya need to update the app, the search feature has zero function -- Succadixk, 2026-08-24 ### *---- "FIX IT!" Ever since you “upgraded” this app (Aug. 19, 2026), it does not recognize my store in Logan, NM 88426. That means I am unable to see my stores weekly ad. So, now your “improvements” have rendered the app useless. Stop trying to write code when you obviously have mo idea what you are doing. Hire someone who knows what they are doing, or just delete the app altogether, and go back to paper ads. -- nmjanc, 2026-08-24 ### *---- "Not loading" I would search up something and it would say “there has been an issue on our end please come back later thank you for your patience”. It said something like that and then I would keep trying it and it didn’t work. -- Me and Emerson, 2026-08-23 ### **--- "Long time shopper but app is giving me nothing but trouble" I love family dollar I am an avid shopper going almost every weekend for 5 off 25 for essentials. They have awesome sales and awesome coupons but the app is difficult. I can’t get anything to come up when searching it always says “technical difficulties on our end.” It’s hard to get the pictures to load to see the product. Hoping they can resolve this. -- makaylak23, 2026-08-22 ### **--- "Need to update the app “- To crazy Coupons and get the bug out of it" How to use the coupon code on the app- Cellph- How to Save the Coupon on Family Dollar -- catsanddogs, 2026-08-21 ### ***-- "Update app" 1. Add a “Clip All Coupons” Option 2. Make unclipped coupons easier to find If “clip all isn’t an option 3. Add a shopping cart feature This would be a huge help for customers who are shopping on a budget. It would allow us to keep track of our spending and know how much we will be paying before we get to the register. As a single mom, having a tool like this would be a major time and money saver. I really appreciate Family Dollar and the savings your coupons provide. I hope you’ll consider these suggestions -- 123456k$, 2026-08-19 ### **--- "App Lousy. Use Their Website Instead." The app is glitchy, janky, and frustrating at best. Just signing in can be an experience of nonsense. Choosing store location is poorly thought out, and the general response and app functionality seems to have been either in-house by poorly paid inexperienced developers or out of house developers choosen by the lowest bidder. You are better off using the website. -- Databanktwo, 2026-08-17 ### ***-- "Doesn't work…" I've spent so much money in Family dollar assuming my coupons etc worked but they don’t I can't clip them on the app only on the website so when I went to check out they never applied. I am disappointed in this glitch and I hope they fix it its not my phone its the app. -- JOAALlll, 2026-08-13 ### *---- "Can’t clip coupons 🙁" Can’t clip coupons. Could be good if you could do that. It is very frustrating. -- ast4rr, 2026-08-12 ### *---- "TERRIBLE" coupons are all wrong. This business can’t get things together so we aren’t able to save money ! -- Mevale01, 2026-08-09 ### *---- "Horrible" All it does is freeze, in the store as I’m trying to clip coupons with guest waiting in line behind me the app continuously keeps freezing. -- CubTheBarber, 2026-08-04 ### ***-- "Check and Fix PLEASE’" I’m having problems with the app. I go to click the coupon to “clip” it and all it does is sit there and think. I’ve tried in the store, but I get told it’s a metal building that’s why you can’t do anything on your phone so it won’t let you add them. I go outside I have same problem, it just sits there thinking and last I’ve tried at home and still I can’t get clip any coupons. I’ve tried deleting app and put back on but nada, and I haven’t been the only one with this problem. I hope you read this, thank you very much! -- Harleygrl82, 2026-08-03 ### *---- "Glitched" App is glitched out. You can’t even go to your coupons it just freezes. -- Anonomonono, 2026-07-30 [View all Family Dollar reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Family Dollar Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Shopping | #74 | | Top Free | Algeria | Shopping | #132 | | Top Free | Mexico | Shopping | #247 | ## Family Dollar Discovered Keywords -
