處理維修速度很快 馬桶漏水在App上寫維修單 隔天就電話回覆 也會幫忙督促廠商的維修進度 並跟住戶確認維修狀況！ 當廠商來維修時 工地主任也會到場瞭解狀況 是很認真負責的團隊！
建商推出APP 肯負責很👍🏻
建商推出APP真的是產業少見了！ 這種通常都是保全公司的APP,但是換了一間保全公司就又要換一家APP，但那是收發信件掛號、包裹通知的功能而已。 這是建商推出的，多了線上報修，肯負責的態度真的要肯定一下！讓我們住戶買房後不會變孤兒沒人理！報維修有專人處理還不錯，附加推出的服務CP值超高啊！ 身為華友聯住戶也覺得自己很有眼光！
