Navigating the menu options is the easy part, but when trying to place an order, that’s where it all falls apart. -- Dirkxi, 2024-12-22 ### ***** "Happy hour deals" Love the wings and tried the pulled pork sandwich for the first time. Both are fantastic deals and taste delicious -- Really old person in MN, 2024-12-19 ### ***** "Great service" Oh my God where do I start? I just love going to famous Dave. Food is delicious service as well drinks everything was 100 keep up the good work. -- Fee/Fee, 2024-11-29 ### *---- "Quite literally useless" You cant even put in payment information to complete your order. When you’re checking out, it will tell you to put in your card information, with absolutely no way to save it so you can actually pay for the food. This also means if you signed up for the $5 off your order, you cant use it because you can only use that deal in the app. NOT ONLY THAT, but the website is useless too, unless you make your account on the website, you cant log in. Ive reset my password multiple times using the exact same password just minutes later, and it tells me my information is incorrect. An absolutely egregious app and it makes me SO mad at the team who built it for their complete incompetence. -- Nemmd, 2024-11-17 ### ***** "Can’t place order" This app is great. I’ve ordered lots of food. But today I could not place an order because “oops you need to specify a time.” Very disappointed. I had the time specified as ASAP when I chose that location but it still does not work. Note: I think it has to do with the thanksgiving items in my cart. But, even when I remove those items and replace them with regular items it still says I need to pick a time. So I can’t even order ribs. Update: I was able to place my order. However, I was not able to fix this by simply clearing my cart with the special Holiday items. I had to close the app completely and restart it and not select any special Holiday items. Once you add a special Holiday item then it will not let you order in the present but only for a future date. I was about to not place an order at all because of this. Changing the rating to 5 stars now. My only complaint now is y’all are going to make me fat from ordering so much food on this app. -- vince5335743246775, 2024-11-09 ### ***-- "Needs Work" Your app never allows me to scan my receipt. I always get an error message. -- ArtGirard, 2024-10-19 ### ***** "Great food!!" Service outstanding!!!!! -- Chief LJ, 2024-10-17 ### **--- "Misleading" It doesn’t always work in the app I should have way more points and the servers doesn’t know how to work it -- 24kina, 2024-10-14 ### ***** "Best place to have dinner." Emiliano was a great server!! -- ChalitoMadrid, 2024-10-12 ### ***** "Famous Dave’s" Melissa H at Famous Dave’s in Sioux Falls, SD was awesome on 10/06/24 check #33 -- RhondaRhondaRhonda, 2024-10-06 [View all Famous Dave's reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Famous Dave's Discovered Keywords - ribs ## Famous Dave's Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/famous-daves-JUcd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/famous-daves-JUcd/canada) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/famous-daves-JUcd/india) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
