This app is horrible! If you have any problems , there is NOBODY to help you. Support has not responded to messages after hundreds of dollars lost! Do NOT download this app!

I have referred people to this app and it’s been almost 2 months and I haven’t got my referral bonus for two of my referrals. I got a message from support asking me a question about the issue and it’s now been weeks and no resolution or anymore contact from support. App is also glitchy.

I love how easy it is access and the quality of the streams are. Makes spending money easy and enjoyable.

Bought into a break with credits offered by Fanatics Live. The break never filled and I was refunded the amount to my credit card, but not my credits. I reached out to support through the app and never heard back. Typical Fanatics customer support.

Issue with one of the breakers (VIPRIPS), could not resolve via the breakers who ghosted after promising to fix their mistake on stream. Multiple contact attempts to Fanatics for support no response at all. Very disappointing end to what had been an enjoyable time with some of the other breaking groups on Fanatics, but cannot trust the platform

Absolutely the worst replay available. If you miss your break, It’s a waste if time trying to go back and watch it.

This app needs work! The app is slow, laggy and can’t bid. It cuts me off and prevents me from bidding. I always have to refresh for the app to work correctly.

App crashes every time I try to view my orders. Please fix!
