Very little reasoning with customer support. Sent screen captures of $350 fan cash incentive given as I logged in but they said it was not valid for me anymore even though it was incentivizing the offer on my Home Screen with multiple prompts. Not my first bad experience with Fanatics as a whole. -- Mogoalie830, 2026-09-11 ### *---- "Terrible customer service and app" This app offers nothing that any other market can offer, worse UI, terrible liquidity, and makes nothing clear about the bonus’ wouldn’t recommend to literally anyone. -- TurnerBobber, 2026-08-28 ### ***** "Broken promo" Did not get my full new user bonus because the trade match did not work correctly. :( -- K4g chaos, 2026-08-28 ### **--- "Misleading Promotions, Zero Goodwill" was looking at a new-customer FanCash promotion in the app advertising up to $350 across 14 days. During the signup process, I was prompted to use an email link, and that apparently enrolled me in a different, smaller 10-day offer worth up to $170 instead. That distinction was not clear to me at the time. The app continued prominently showing the larger 14-day promotion, and I kept trading believing I was still within the promotional period. Later, support told me my personal offer had already ended because I had been enrolled in the smaller 10-day version. I also previously had a daily match denied because Fanatics uses Eastern Time for the cutoff even though I placed the trade before midnight in my own Central Time zone. Support acknowledged my feedback about the confusing promotional presentation but offered no accommodation. Maybe the terms technically protect them, but the overall setup feels designed in a way that makes it easy for customers to misunderstand which offer they actually have. That destroyed my trust in the platform, and I’ll be using other sports trading apps going forward. -- andhdjdkdhsbsjdnd, 2026-08-27 ### ***-- "Not the worst" Hard to determine how much early cash out is. -- Wikedhangover, 2026-08-22 ### *---- "Terrible" Terrible Customer support , banned me for no reason and won’t explain why -- Good student10017, 2026-08-20 ### *---- "Misleading scam" I was trying to bet a specific game that was on here but once I created an account and deposited the game was no longer there and I was unable to withdraw anything without using it. Ridiculous -- Cjharlin16, 2026-08-14 ### ***** "Underrated" Excellent app -- bkac215, 2026-08-07 ### *---- "Terrible promotion" My friend didn’t get the $170 welcome trade match. Terrible promotions on this app -- Vikes12345, 2026-08-03 ### *---- "Terrible Welcome Promotion" I was referred which apparently voided the main trade match promotion being advertised. I was even told by support I was enrolled only to be told I wasn’t the next day. Worst app ever. -- bdovo, 2026-08-03 [View all Fanatics Markets reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Fanatics Markets Discovered Keywords - prediction market - fanatics markets - trade sports --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
