Fix silent notifications
Why notifications are silent, please fix this bug, the notifications should give sound even if i am using mobile or not
Appalling lack of support for ios
I had made an account on my laptop using my mail ID and purchased a season pass for a football cup competition Downloading the app on my iPhone I could not log in using mail only my mobile number , my number along with another number I had access to already had been registered to dream 11 and therefore couldn’t be linked with my account on which I made a purchase. There is no option to unlink my phone number from the account or delete the account or log in using my gmail or get my purchase refunded or get the match pass transferred to a different account. The only solution was to watch the games using the website version on my phone because I couldn’t access my laptop. There needs to be a fix to this issue because it is not unlikely to find yourself in my situation and be totally helpless and unable to watch the games after paying the company money
Apple TV standalone app
Any news regarding launch of standalone app for Apple TV.
Best to worse
App gets crashed frequently. Not able to watch a single match properly. Earlier it used to work nice but now it deserves a 1 star
Worst app for F1 live
Race randomly goes back by a minute and on reloading goes back to live, losing 2 minutes of race
Just a horrible experience
The app shows ads for 20-30s every time before showing any Live action and then just fails randomly in between moments, It taken 10 minutes to resolve. Then if I try to switch the device for any reason, none of my device will show the race, the screen shows max limit reached when I am using just one device, then it will take forever to open up again if it ever will. Just a horrible horrible app, ruins my every Race weekend even after paying for them.
Casting problems as well as video quality issues.
Whenever I try to cast on TV the app starts to lag and screen blacks out and after that when It is finally on TV the quality decreases from 1080p to 480p and I can’t change it. The stream lags too and yeah I have a proper internet connection.
Not happy with application
This platform may cover a wide range of games from around the world, but the app's performance is frustrating due to its poor responsiveness and frequent stream disconnections. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, there has been no proper response or resolution.
