Signed in, even went with a subscription. Nothing worked Finally got an error message that told me to contact customer service So i did. Screen shots and everything. 24 hours later i got a survey to rate my experience with the customer service. “Never received any contact from customer service, still does not work” Save yourself the time folks, they aren’t accepting new customers -- tumptytumptoes, 2024-05-29 ### *---- "Appalling" Honestly quite impressive how broken this app is. Signing up crashed the app, and it wouldn’t detect my subscription when reopening it (despite starting my free trial). Search doesn’t work. Chromecasting doesn’t work. Takes two or three taps to get the interface to appear when watching something. The service looks great, but this app is dreadful. -- BenBrislington, 2024-05-17 ### *---- "Don’t bother" What a time wasting joke. I signed up for the 7 day free trial, and couldn’t log in. Like right after I signed up. And was signed in. Changed the password, the whole deal. Truly if you aren’t going to even let people watch your stuff why bother? I signed up through IOS so cancelling was easy. I would have to say that if you use a credit card then good luck. Probably an endless runaround. Got a lot of “There was a problem” “Retry” “Something went wrong.” Yeah, something did. Fandor went wrong. Garbage. -- ReedandDylan, 2024-05-02 ### *---- "Horrible on Apple TV" Navigating this app on Apple TV is frustrating and often results in the app borking out. I tried to cancel my subscription but cannot due to the website being as janky as the app itself. It’s unfortunate because I used to love Fandor and its content. Sadly, both are not worth the headache anymore. I have contacted this email and nothing has been done regarding cancelling -- DamoDoh!, 2024-04-12 ### *---- "Can't cancel subscription" Cannot cancel the subscription either within the app or in a browser. Links are broken. -- sonamata, 2023-09-11 ### *---- "Faulty" App kept crashing and I tried everything from updating my software to reinstalling the app. Keeps crashing no matter what. Uninstalled please fix! -- josezgtppr, 2022-10-31 ### *---- "App crashes instantly" Total waste of money. -- I Remember Cedrick Ceballos, 2022-10-11 ### *---- "App crashes upon opening" The app won't stay open anymore. -- Thop8041, 2022-09-16 ### *---- "Picture is upside-down!" This stupid app doesn't know which way is up. Movies play upside-down! Turning the iPhone in different directions doesn't fix it, it stays stuck in that position. Several other apps have this problem, they don't even bother to query the iOS to tell which way the phone is oriented, but they will all switch the right way if you turn the phone and back. Fandor is the only one that stays stuck and won't switch. Hey Fandor, can't you write an app that follows simple iOS programming rules? Your app is useless, movies unwatchable. I ain't subscribing to this joke. -- chuck streeter, 2022-07-15 ### *---- "Barely functional" Good stuff guys keep it up -- raisinbrun, 2022-03-30 [View all Fandor reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Fandor In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Fandor monthly plan | $4.99 | | Fandor yearly plan | $49.99 | | Fandor quarterly plan | $13.49 | ## Fandor Discovered Keywords - fandor ## Apps Similar to Fandor - [IndieFlix](https://apptail.io/app/indieflix-PEf/united-states) - [Full Moon Features](https://apptail.io/app/full-moon-features-azs/united-states) - [Film Movement Plus](https://apptail.io/app/film-movement-plus-sHec/united-states) - [OVID](https://apptail.io/app/ovid-Qdfc/united-states) - [ARROW Player](https://apptail.io/app/arrow-player-Rdfc/united-states) - [TheArchiveTV](https://apptail.io/app/thearchivetv-Ydfc/united-states) - [BFI Player Classics](https://apptail.io/app/bfi-player-classics-aefc/united-states) - [Troma NOW!](https://apptail.io/app/troma-now-Asfc/united-states) - [Grindhouse Movie Channel](https://apptail.io/app/grindhouse-movie-channel-EcZc/united-states) - [Shout!
