Terrible online casino, having experience in multiple online casinos and Vegas I would recommend to play bet 365 or different online casinos. FanDuel is on Wall Street stock market so you know they will take all of your money to show performance on the stock price.

Honestly we really should be able to share bets with American users already, and the cashouts are stingy and inconsistent. Maybe one day I guess. Came back to edit this review and say that the cashouts are absolutely disrespectful and the customer service continues to go down hill. And again there’s ZERO excuse to not be able to share bets like the US. Just nasty.

For someone like myself who successfully quit online gambling this was the perfect app to aid that as I was still able to play consistently enough that I didn’t need to take the liability, with the app now being a profitable end-ever for me although it seems the business model of creating new gamblers needed to be reconsidered as they now cut off the occasional free sports bet in addition to changing the Friday click and collect $5 into 20 plays on the slot machine. It’s humorous how for people like myself all the tactics FanDuel employs have an opposite effect and indicate to me why I should never spend a penny of my own money playing these games. The app for what it is in comparison to competition is actually largely decent but the tactics they use to try and create new gamblers is unethical, I must be put on the unimpressionable list.

I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with FanDuel’s customer service. It’s nearly impossible to get a timely response, and when I do hear back, it’s often days or even weeks later. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding issues with my account and bets, and in some cases, I’ve received no response at all. What’s most infuriating is that the support team seems completely unresponsive to urgent matters. I understand that delays happen, but waiting for days without so much as an acknowledgment is unacceptable. On a few occasions, I had to follow up multiple times before getting any kind of reply, and even then, the responses were either vague or didn’t fully address my concerns. This lack of communication is a huge red flag for an app that’s supposed to provide a reliable service. It feels like once they have your money, they couldn’t care less about helping you out when things go wrong. In conclusion, if you’re expecting prompt and helpful customer service, look elsewhere. FanDuel desperately needs to improve its response times and communication, or it will continue to lose customers. I’m seriously considering moving my business to a different platform with more reliable support.
