## FanFood App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Awful"
Never had so much trouble just trying to sign up for an account.
-- saintsdagreatest, 2021-09-30

### *---- "Horrible"
We ordered food and drinks as soon as we arrived at the venue at 7:10pm. The concert ended and we never received our order over 1.5 hours later.
-- LCRosen, 2021-05-26

### *---- "Terrible App. Not optimized for mobile devices."
This app is not usable on my iPhone. The app is not optimized for mobile devices so I cannot even see the form fields to enter my information. Guess I have to use my laptop to order.
-- Kl12345678920, 2020-11-12

### ***** "A great alternative"
Very easy to use and a great alternative to waiting in line.
-- jsn2427, 2020-10-15

### ***** "If god had a kid"
The app is super good and you get fast
-- 5563tips, 2020-09-24

### *---- "Scam"
I patiently waited for an hour for my food, no complaints nothing because I understand it’s a busy night. Then when it’s been an hour I sent a message just to check up on my food. Then after that I checked and it said the concession stand was closed. I emailed the support team and the concession stand for a refund and nothing so far. Scammers

-- mac1580, 2020-07-27

### ***** "Love this App."
Such a great alternative to standing in line. I hope it’s permanent. The only hookup was when their out of a food it doesn’t tell you and I thought something was wrong with my payment. But I eventually figured it out.
-- Happyhada, 2020-07-25

### ***** "Lots of functionality"
The app is super easy to use and the cool thing is it has tons of functionalities too! Like order ahead, customizing the order, in-app chat, ETA and everything! It was pretty cool to explore the app. Can’t wait to use it at more venues.
-- jihfdxjk, 2020-07-17

### ***** "Great app"
I love this app, I hate waiting in line to order my stuff when it can just be done from my car while at the drive in
