## fanSync WiFi Reviews in United States

### ***** "Works With TriAire Custom 48"
This worked fine for me with a TriAire Custom 48 inch fan both lights and fan on my local WiFi. I cannot speak to remote use or voice activation and I think folks should give this a try if they want to control their fan and light over their local network.
-- JALTraveler, 2025-10-02

### *---- "Rarely works"
My ceiling fan should be controllable from this app. It rarely connects. Do not purchase a fan expecting to use this app.
-- B2416, 2025-09-09

### *---- "Sync doesn’t work"
Terrible app. Doesn’t sync even after new password.
-- Bobbio47, 2025-09-06

### *---- "Not Great"
What happened to Fanimation? App is not dependable! Do not install this fan as the only light source in a bedroom - you will be disappointed!
-- bizsla, 2025-07-29

### *---- "Come on guys!"
This app is SO glitchy it is
ridiculous! The app only works 50% of the time. Your fans are AMAZING but the app for sure isn’t. It is time to invest time/talent in your app. 🤦‍♀️
-- Dr. Renee, 2025-07-21

### *---- "Do not recommend these fans"
I have two Fanimation fans. They’re great fans, but the remotes for them hardly work. I relied on the app for a while since it gave me less problems. Now I can’t get into the app. It just sits there after I’ve entered my credentials and literally does nothing. I’ve reset my password. Still absolutely nothing. I would not recommend Fanimation fans as a result of being virtually unable to actually control them. This app is useless.
-- adnamamaharg, 2025-06-28

### *---- "It simply doesn’t work"
It simply doesn’t work.
-- Yairkauf, 2025-06-26

### *---- "Used to work, can’t log in"
No reason to lock behind a login, which now doesn’t work so I can’t control my fans.
-- joshhepworth, 2025-06-14

### **--- "Syncing Issues"
I decided to purchase 4 Fanimation fans because of their quality. The app regularly doesn’t work well which I will address but one problem I have is that I purchased and installed 3 Kute fans and one Hugh fan. The FanSync app works with the Kute fans but not with the Hugh fan. I’m not sure why Fanimation would sell fans that don’t work with the FanSync app. Anyway, I gave the app 2 stars mainly because when it is working it’s great. But it doesn’t work often. When it doesn’t work, the controls for the fan won’t work. For instance you move a slider and it will go back to the original position. You click a button to turn on the fan and it won’t turn on. One work around I found works is that I restart my device then everything works. I use an iPad and an iPhone. Also doesn’t work with Apple HomeKit. Fanimation needs to fix this.

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all"
I can’t even to log in. I created an account with one email couple years ago. Never was able to connect to the fan. Recently I got a new modem and decided to try it again. I updated the password but the app gives me a message that I use a wrong password or login. I created a new account with another email and immediately received same message.
