Fantastic Sams®

It needs an update I have created a new account be used my old one which was working fine up until March this year!!! I just tried to log on with the correct e-mail and password. It didn’t accept it!!!! I’m trying change a hair cut appointment, it’s a little hard when I can’t due to the app not working!!!!

The primary objective of this app is to enable customers like me to find a salon and make an appointment for one or more services, including with a particular stylist if we would like to. In reality, * the search for salon by ZIP Code does not work at all. * even though typical appointments will include more than one service, such as a haircut and relaxing, it only allows us to select one and only one service to schedule for. Which means that if we were able to complete the scheduling process via the app, it would communicate what is really wanted and would not scheduled proper duration of appointment. * after selecting a service and stylist, the app just sat there and did nothing. I had to hunt for a process that wasn’t able me to pick a date and time. * I selected a date and time, it tried to forced me to create an account on the app just in order to select an appointment. I do not want to set up an account on the app! I just want to friggin set an appointment! At this point I gave up I’m using the app. I will take my chances on being a walk-in Customer. Or go elsewhere.

App does not provide many features. All buttons accept make any appointment lead to white screen. No support in app, app support link in App Store is Page Not Found I am not able to change my address and can not find support, directions or how to create a new account in the app

Search for your local Sams. Nothing. Then pinpoint it on a map. Now you can call the place or visit their website. Wait no you can’t. Just stupid. The people at the top must be super old not to see the IT dept making total fools of the company.

Everytime i try to schedule an appointment i cant log in! Its so frustrating!!!

It’s a glorified store locator.

Worst app I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your time loading it.

Sorry to say the app didn’t load very fast. It’s been 20 minutes and still not fully downloaded. I ended up waking in. Bad for a company who is relying on online appointments.

I always loved this app, I was able to make and cancel appointments at any time. Now they’ve changed it and they’re not showing my previous appointments, nor can I make an appointment. What good is this update?
