Cannot create an account. Why bother?! -- caotmar, 2025-09-15 ### ****- "Was wrong" Need to apologize to the staff and Manager at the RoundLake Fantastic Sams. I thought I had the correct location for my hair cut today but guess I went to the wrong location . Very sorry. Marge Kennedy -- GreatGram11, 2025-08-27 ### ***** "Love Fantastic Sam's" Claudia did a fantastic job on my hair today. I wanted a little different look and she achieved it! So pleased -- Sonterra Syl, 2025-05-13 ### *---- "Worst App, Getting Worse" The app was never great, now it has no purpose at all. You can’t schedule appointments and it doesn’t track your loyalty. I love my server but Fantastic doesn’t care about their customers or staff -- OMGNOYB, 2025-03-16 ### *---- "Worthless" The whole point of a check in online is to know how long I will have to wait. Why cant this app show wait times BEFORE checking in? Its absolutely useless. Also why cant I cancel my spot once in line? Ill stick with Great Clips, at least their app works better. -- KLB97, 2025-02-26 ### **--- "App is not user friendly." This app needs an overhaul. It required me to login three different times to book an appointment. It’s like it runs to its website to do each task, requiring a login each time. Do better. -- LucidLogic, 2025-02-17 ### *---- "Booking" I’m unable to click book an appointment on my iPhone -- jon6978777, 2025-01-08 ### *---- "Used to be easy to book an appt" Making an appointment should be easy, clear and concise. Now I have to select “Family Booking” and trick the app into scheduling an appointment for “just me” … what a mess -- stexraider, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "This app is useless" I have been a Fantastic Sam’s customer for 6 years and used the previous app to book all my appointments and my sisters appointments. It was great. This new version is totally useless. YOU CANNOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT! There is absolutely no way to schedule , no add button, no calendar, no list of stylist to choose from. It’s a total disaster. You cannot interact with this app. It’s only pictures. What a waste! -- fedup 2020, 2024-12-14 ### ***** "Regarding Claudia" I had a very knowledgeable hair stylist, Claudia who did a retouch on my hair. I am very pleased with her and the product she used to color my hair! My hair did not stink of cheep hair color and feels very soft! Thank you Claudia!! -- GlorTee, 2024-12-11 [View all Fantastic Sams® reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Fantastic Sams® - [Kwik Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/kwik-rewards-dGn/united-states) - [Cost Cutters Hair Salon](https://apptail.io/app/cost-cutters-hair-salon-vLI/united-states) - [Great Clips Online Check-in](https://apptail.io/app/great-clips-online-check-in-BLI/united-states) - [Sport Clips Haircuts Check-In](https://apptail.io/app/sport-clips-haircuts-check-in-CLI/united-states) - [Holiday Car Wash Club](https://apptail.io/app/holiday-car-wash-club-DLI/united-states) - [Supercuts Hair Salon Check-in](https://apptail.io/app/supercuts-hair-salon-check-in-wneb/united-states) - [Hair Cuttery](https://apptail.io/app/hair-cuttery-xneb/united-states) - [SmartStyle Hair Salons](https://apptail.io/app/smartstyle-hair-salons-zneb/united-states) - [Tumble Fresh / Pet Fresh](https://apptail.io/app/tumble-fresh-pet-fresh-SZwc/united-states) - [Eagle Brook](https://apptail.io/app/eagle-brook-mQke/united-states) ## Fantastic Sams® Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/fantastic-sams-yLI/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/fantastic-sams-yLI/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
