Lousy procedure
Such a lousy app! I’ve linked my card to the app, but I still need the physical card. If I forget it, I have to buy a new one. What’s the point of downloading the app then?
Complicated register process
Nak register pun mcm2 nak kene isi
Can’t log in
Always ask me restart show sessions expired . Delete and redownload also can’t log in. I think your need to updatedz can’t support iPhone 13?
Loading slow and apps doesn’t NOT works
The apps loading super slow please improve your services. Parents reload money to let kids to have fun. Don’t keep disappointed parent and challenge their patience.

cannot link the card at all update: managed to link it through website itself, kinda weird but if you wanna make your app seamless better fix it accessible

Can’t get the otp at all. The reset password link also didn’t sent to my register email.
Scam app
Everything not working. Dont dare to top up unless you want to lose money. Its really a fantasy app.
