## Farmers Nat Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Can’t pay bills"
Love the app but since last iOS update can’t pay bills from the app on my iPad. It just says processing and the wheel, spins. Everything else is working so far. I can pay bills with no problem on my iPhone.
-- Giff330, 2024-11-09

### ***-- "Not a true online banking app"
This app has been less glitchy of late—and works pretty well for checking your balance—but it only shows you limited account info. You cannot access statements or see transactions further back than the last two months. It’s quite frustrating when I want to use my phone to look up a previous transaction or see if a check got cashed, but have to use the computer at home instead.
-- Gandalf the Gripe, 2024-10-07

### *---- "Does not work on newer iPhones"
I have an iPhone 13 and this new app version does not work. It says an error has occurred, when I call the 1-800 number they say nothing is wrong with my account. I changed my password multiple times nothing. The app needs a new version ASAP!
-- Ah1259, 2023-10-14

### *---- "Terrible app!"
I’ve been with Farmers banking for years. This app is the most troublesome app I have. It never remembers my password, it always forgets facial recognition, and when I change the password it says that I can’t use the password because it’s the one currently in use! And to top it off, after all that is said and done, I have to call in to get my account unlocked because I tried 4 times to open my app and it froze the account. Terrible! Huntington, Wells Fargo, and PNC have better apps! I’m about to switch banks because banking like this is so angering!
-- Joenumber7, 2023-09-21

### ***** "Check deposit"
I love being able to deposit a check into my account without having to leave my house and I can do it at anytime whether the bank is open or closed
-- My #1 love, 2023-06-25

### *---- "Useful overall"
The app has been acting buggy. Tonight it completely bypassed the option to sign in (no log in screen or finger print request) and says my credentials can’t be verified. When I do attempt to sign in online or with the app it gives an error!
-- Renewmyheart, 2023-04-12

### ***-- "No"
Do not care for new format depositing checks
-- hadit2023, 2023-04-05

### *---- "Recipe for losing money"
Mobile deposit is so glitchy I’m probably losing money of checks not going thru for my business.
-- totallyvom, 2023-03-30

### ***** "iPhone is 16.4"
I love the app when it works. Software does work with 16.4 with 2 update since the crash. The app needs to be updated as soon as possible. When I called tech support they told me to use the web login which works but can’t deposit checks which is a problem. Thanks
-- tt3769, 2023-03-09

### *---- "Update the app"
App does not work on latest iOS and the last update was over 5 months ago. Been a month without the app now
-- Charlietheonlyone, 2023-03-04
