The produce is fresh and neatly packed. -- Zyberin, 2024-08-14 ### *---- "Not genuine" Cheating customers by saying organic For the first time in the subscription they are sending organic vegetables lasted for remaining weeks they are purchasing from outside and distributing not even wrapping leaf vegetables Requesting Farmizen please don’t cheat customers it may harm to you and your life also -- Farmizen user, 2024-07-29 ### ***** "Good quality at reasonable prices" I have been using it for 6 months and never got disappointed. Prices are reasonable compared to other organic stores and quality is much better. Customer support is not realtime but they resolve the queries on same day. -- ba24me, 2024-07-24 ### *---- "Used to be good but not anymore" I used to love ordering my fruits from Farmizen because of the quality of products. The quality has dropped drastically. I received rotten mangoes, jackfruit, pomegranate from my order. When I reached out to the support team - Prajval asked me to cut the fruits and check even after sending him photos of the condition of the products. I was not ok paying Rs. 1200 for rotten fruits and they said someone will come to collect the products and post that the refund will be issued. No one came to collect the order even after multiple follow ups. I had to keep reaching out to let them know that they need to collect the order. And no one came to collect and struggled to even get a reasonable response from the support team. This is the worst experience and you’ve lost a customer. -- Nivedita.Sim, 2024-06-07 ### ****- "Farmizen All the Way! Yay!" I have been using Farmizen for the past 5 years now and I must say it’s been a blessing to find them. Their products range is amazing, quality is great and to top it all they offer a huge range of organic and naturally produced fruits, vegetables, cereals etc. I have also visited couple of events hosted by them to meet the farmer and that’s when I was assured of their quality. Their customer care is also quite responsive and efficient and have ensured resolution of problems (if any) as quickly as possible. So Yay Farmizen! Continue the great work! -- Pinkitheblue, 2024-05-27 ### *---- "Prices are not in limits" What is app? When you get from farmers it should be lesser then what you get in market as there are no middle man..!!! 1500 for 6 mangoes..!! Such a laugh ..!!! Create revolution not inflation.!! -- Dilipkumarpottigari, 2024-04-01 ### ***** "Modern kheti" Hi I am Dr Battula , subscriber number A1: Happy to share that Greens always good from Sankharpalli form .
