I requested my account to be deleted because I want to start over from the beginning, but it won’t let me tap “check status”, since they think I’m “offline” but I’m not; I am connected to the internet and my cellular data is strong. So now, I’m stuck on this screen where it says “account blocked”. I’ve tried everything: restarting my phone, playing the game off of WiFi, and deleting and reinstalling the app, but none of those worked. Please fix your game so I can play it again! 😠
Edited review - Huge cheat and unfair money grabber. Delete. I’ve only been playing for a week or so, and it’s fun - but very glitchy. Between freezing during watching videos and updates making things disappear, or repeatedly being taken back to the homepage for “initializing”, I have had to delete and reinstall at least 3 times. Can’t you guys make the game a little more stable? I don’t have this issue with the other games I play regularly every day (Matchington Mansion, Township, Hay Day, Homescape, Gardenscape, etc.)
Since July 2nd I’ve Been Asking For Help. Cannot Use My Boosts, and I Can’t Get The Cruise ! Very Disappointed !
I really enjoy playing this game. I have a problem with getting the creatures in the grove using enchanted crafts. I don’t think a player should lose all their points when they fail to get enough points to get the enchanted creature. Most of them require 100 or more points to get the creature with only two days to get the needed points. It is hard to get the points even using the boost and we have no control of the number or when we will get enchanted crafts. Also why do the supercrafter enhancements go away if you don’t use them. All the other things accrued using enchanted creatures stay in your inventory forever.
App freezes when load initializing at 36%
Should be able to use coins you accumulate on the game to buy jewels
As much as I lie this game. There is a glitch on the mystical creature island. I had a boost and I had used 5 different orders (3 w/ 4 things and 2 w/2 things) and when I got back in the game, it was telling me I needed to choose a mythical creature when it was 8 more to finish the creature to be out on the island. All of that was a waist. Very irritating. That has happened before. I may quit this game I this keeps happening.
oh. my. god. once upon a time i loved this game. i have re-downloaded it several times because i remember how fun it was, but every time i log back in (after going through an unnecessarily long tutorial before being able to log in through game center) i can’t even play the game because i’m constantly having to tap through dialogue and tutorials for events that i do not care about. just let us play the game, please. i just deleted the app again because it is so annoying.
I used to like this game. Now it’s all dark and it gives me a headache. Also there’s too many side things going on. You got the cruise, the submarine, all kinds of animals to keep happy. Too much!
I have been unable to play my game for a month due the Monkey Temple attempting to open. I even submitted an email to tech support with no response.
