If I can give a zero for the app and their nonexistent customer care I would. Very Confusing and not working properly. But no one to assist when an error occurs.

Spent waaaaaay too much time trying to figure out how to get gas. Used to be easy. Overpriced anyway. Done with Pride. Zero stars.

Now it keeps telling me there is a server error. Been pretty buggy just about every time I’ve actually been able to use it over the past couple months.

I’ve had this issue ever since I downloaded the app like 10 months ago. Sometimes I can log in, but most of the time I get an “other error returned from server”. So frustrating.

I get an error code in creating an account no matter what I try. I tried over a year ago and same error. I’ve tried changing my information and it’s the same error.

We have this app since they switched over from old to new and since October 2023 we could not purchase gas with this app each time the app will notified used CODE 17. We had notified them of code 17 nothing been done.

The Pride app was much better than this. This app takes a long time to connect in order to use it. Oftentimes, I have to close it then open it again. I’m using the same phone and carrier I used with the Pride app so the only variable is this app. Horrendous.

When I registered, it asked if I had an existing card and when I put that information in there, it would not accept it so I had to register as a brand new customer. What do I gotta do to transfer my stuff from my existing card since your app system would not let me kept saying system error
