## fas REWARDS® Reviews in United States

### *---- "Very bad app"
Doesn’t work about 50% of the time. Old card system was much better. Someone’s pulled up next to me and got gas while I was trying to connect through the app and hadn’t even started pumping.
-- julsay, 2024-12-04

### *---- "App Is Broken"
Can’t get anything to work.
Nothing loads.
Many error messages.
No cash back.
-- 999TheRock, 2024-11-19

### *---- "Useless app"
I can’t even connect my bank account save a few cents because the only options there is are big well known banks. I even wasted my time typing in my banking information manually manually and it still couldn’t connect because it kept saying my routing number is invalid, i retyped it, and even copy and pasted but still kept saying wrong.
-- luvfarquad37, 2024-10-25

### *---- "App is so bad, stopped going here"
It is such a pain to open this app, deal with the authentication glitches then go through several taps just to open the payment section of the app. No customer will want to do that while standing outside in the cold for four or five minutes
-- T9876, 2024-10-18

### **--- "Impossible to earn points"
No matter how many times you scan your card, you no longer earn points. App updates to this version and it wiped my balance.
-- Drew6281, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Can’t use rewards"
It will not let me use my fasbuck , and my cents off gas , so I’m out of my fasbucks
-- Intervene e, 2024-10-15

### *---- "Can’t Register"
Every time I attempt to sign up for the rewards on the app I submit my registration email, name, birthdate, zip and phone number and every time I try to hit continue it tells me there’s an error for this merchants user. For some reason I just have to pay the extra money anytime I go to the gas station cause they can’t figure out how to let users sign up for their rewards.
-- Slimmsammy, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Poor customer service"
My Fas rewards won’t work at the pump. I complained to Pride gas station and they gave me a pamphlet to call customer service. Left a message with no returned call. Decided to try an email to complain and never got a response that way either.
-- Tanglewood77, 2024-09-02

### **--- "Not worth it"
There is no point in having a card if you have to have your phone for the app. it’s not worth me caring my phone to a store pulling up the app. just use the money that has accumulated on it so I’d rather not even worry with it. They tell me I have $12 and I told them if I cannot use the card that they gave me. It’s not worth it. I find it very inconvenient so fas rewards is not worth it to me
-- Mommamccall76, 2024-08-10

### *---- "Sooooo slowwww"
This app is so slow when you want to pay for something. It’s embarrassing to be a lt a register in a long line and waiting for this to one up with a bar code. Using iPhone 15 with 5g or store WiFi so not a connection issue. Happens at every store.
