Good but slow
I love using the app to buy clothes because it’s easier than going on the website on my phone and everything automatically goes in when I’m buying things, but it lags a lot and crashes and stops working and also my Apple Pay won’t work on the app 🙄

False advertise
Your company is running a theft and you should refund if you don’t delivery on time and as advertise. Why should customer pay for items return. I will report you to the Federal Trade Commission

My issue
All these thing that they are selling I could buy off shein and who would spend 328 dollars on a high heel with fake diamonds that you make with arts and crafts and I don’t know why they put the name fashion nova if they don’t have fashion this app made me crash out.

Horrible customer service
They don’t let you contact them about refunds that was never sent. They never sent my pants I purchased said I’ll get a refund never did tried to contact several times no way to get a message with a robot or computer probably my last order
