This app provides good quality products but so many features are missing for iPhone. App doesn’t provide any details of the order placed. For tracking also we have to check through e-mail. I think this app wasn’t made for iPhone, it certainly needs an upgrade

I bought 10 product from FASHOR because of size issue I returned them ..but they are saying product has no taq and used ..when I returned to delivery boy product was in original condition with taq also and he took all product with taq but now they sare saying product doesn’t have taq . I lost my money and product both . Guys don’t buy anything from them they are just making fool .pls don’t waste your money here is my humble request to you all before buying anything from FASHOR think 200 times. I shared my review on their Instagram they blocked me there. Now you can understand this is a fraud company.

There’s no proper exchange or return policy. Used the app for the first time and totally regret it. After using other apps like Myntra, Tata CLiQ, Amazon, AJIO, Aza.. extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this app operates. Total wastage of time and money.

Very poor process of exchange and return. They dnt inform you about your exchange product and itself cancelled your exchange product without any notification or call and not even providing refund amount on time.Still not received my refund after 10 days of packed pickup by courier guy.No proper response from the number which they have provided in their website for any query or concern.

I have placed an order of a dress worth ₹3050. Received a wrong product and that too is defective and very cheap material. They refused to return my product saying the product is not ours and we have sent you the same product…I send them all necessary proofs I.e. parcel opening video and dress photo with tag of FASHOR now they stopped replying me…..pata nhi on the way kisne dress change kar k parcel again pack kr diya

Fraud app, sends wrong item of much lower price & quality. Their is no return policy even after giving photo proof & purchase detail. It’s seem this online fashion app is only to make fool out of customers

These people have taken 2 months. My parcel has been taken away and no refund has been given to me. Till now, on top of that, they had sent me a damaged parcel. When I sent it for return, now these people are blaming me and saying that it was you who returned it and neither are they refunding me. This side is very bad. You should never order any dress with this.

i really like this app because they provide plus size collection now a days they are shortage in that collection please provide bigger size for us

worst service experience I have ordered product last month and returned it on August 10th and I’m yet to be refunded its been over 25days every time I email them they say same thing within 4-5days of time but nothing I received yet
