NO TOYOTA in the list of vehicles 🙈.

Piece of trash

Leo.kamacho on

I waste my money. This device is a piece of trash. Options are not allowed in many vehicles. Don’t buy this garbage.

Doesn’t work at all.

Bucholz on

First, horrible instructions one has to search to find. Then, once found, the device cannot be found by the phone. When I try manually, I tap and tap when it pops up, but still cannot connect. If I cannot use it, it is worthless.

Scanner works great

Enginemechanics101 on

The scanner works great in my opinion I have fault codes that are from different car that are saved in saved fault codes no option to get rid of them I diagnosed my aunts car reset the car with the app and it ran great it detected a misfire only problem in my oppinion is some information doesn’t read

Works for Me

Londonphile in Boston on

For what I have used it for, it works great with my FasLink M2. I’ve seen negative reviews, but for advanced features that I haven’t tried to use, so I can’t comment on those. For me, so far so good.

Code retrieval and customer service

Coach ‘em Up on

I have the Jdiag Bluetooth device, initially used the Nezscan app and then it changed to FasLink. The device seems to do a good job of codes retrieval but I had an issue with the app stopped showing my tips and troubleshooting info, and fails to find make and model if scanned or enter VIN. Reached out to customer service via the app feedback and got no responses.

Terrible App

$&@41970 on

Doesn’t support my 2002 Ford Escape V6, FWD.

Do not waste your time with this app!!

Astroguy57 on

This app locks up after connecting to my new OBCII device. The hardware vendor states that this is the app to use for my iPhone however again it does not work! I emailed the app vendor for support as stated on their contact us menu, but they do not respond at all. Don’t waste your time with this app!!!

Overhaul an Update

Salvadorzinho on

Great App Basics, yet needs an overhaul on the app. Some VIN numbers don’t work, some car models and makes don’t work, there is no Bluetooth PIN code, Graphs and gauges would be beneficial, a ODBII System Selection Plus Automatic Selection would be above average, Bluetooth no longer connects to network for system type of odbii, in other words make it work for more JDiag sales!
