It also supports you through your journey and then it makes you see the data and then realize wow why would I quit? And it also makes you think I should just keep going forward look at this. I’ve already done 18 hour fast and one hour fast and then it also shows the difference of zones and such.. I love this so so so much thank you so much for making this and they also have an unlimited mode for longer fasts!!! -- Zippperso, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Hidden Gem, loving it so far." I wanted to see some life to my fasts/ have a better visual than just the lifeless circle all fasting apps do. What a brilliantly creative idea! It’s literally the perfect bit of interactive motivation I’ve been looking for when it comes to fasting (because fasting is hard!) my only complaint was that you cant change your start time. I’ve been fasting for a few hours already, and wanted to track that instead of starting from zero. But if you really think about it, with the currency/rewards set-up for the bears and the aspect of “bear it,” it definitely grew on me. I think it’s actually better that the timer doesn’t back track (so please don’t ever change that either). It feels more “honest.” absolute 10/10 app, [PLEASE don’t be a sell out to ads and monthly subscriptions in the future!!! Or at least give me premium for free heehee <3 ] -- Gvaoxfx, 2026-07-21 ### **--- "Buggy" Was in the middle of a fast, after already completing one climb, and suddenly the app completely restarts/resets and all progress is gone. Please fix. -- iScypher, 2026-07-15 [View all Fast & Bear It reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Fast & Bear It In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Supporter Unlock | $14.99 | | Value Pack | $2.99 | | Starter Pack | $0.99 | ## Fast & Bear It Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/united-states) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/taiwan) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/germany) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/china) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/denmark) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/hong-kong) - [Honduras](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/honduras) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/croatia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/italy) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/kenya) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/kuwait) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/lithuania) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/north-macedonia) - [Macao SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/macau) - [Nicaragua](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/nicaragua) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/netherlands) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/norway) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/panama) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/paraguay) - [Qatar](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/qatar) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/slovenia) - [El Salvador](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/el-salvador) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/bulgaria) - [Venezuela](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/venezuela) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/fast-bear-it-fasting-timer-dImy/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
