The app works fine until it doesn’t, and when that happens you’re basically locked out until you call. They give some excuse about your password being resent (even if you use the Keychain, always update it, etc). It works for a few weeks and bam, locked out again. Considering switching to another credit union that has a more reliable user interface. Legitimately just want to check my balance. Can’t. -- MicaWasHere, 2025-04-26 ### *---- "Unreliable" My debit card has been locked multiple times because bank does not update transactions immediately, and this would go on for weeks at a time where I cannot use my card because they did not update my balance, and even charged a card I used 2$ randomly, and due to the fact they do not keep my balance up to date constantly I keep track of it myself. -- Aidan9229229, 2024-06-14 ### *---- "." Wont let me get enroll -- ummmmohhhhh, 2024-05-29 ### ***-- "Fix the app" It is so frustrating how much this app crashes! It will crash for hours or days on end for no reason. It will also lock you out of your account completely until you call a member to have your password change. So annoying and very inconvenient to the point of me considering to switch banks. -- zeravlaaaa, 2023-09-29 ### *---- "Slow" Just tap cards and you will see how slow it is -- the_real_CPU, 2023-07-14 ### *---- "App won’t load" After the new update the app won’t open, it just closes and goes back to the Home Screen. Even after I’ve deleted it and installed again. 👎🏼🫤 -- Allie horror, 2023-03-15 ### *---- "Worst bank app" Always issues with this app one moment it will work 10 min later stops working for hours even next business days ridiculous! -- lindarod319, 2020-12-30 ### ***-- "Still a lot of bugs" This app is an improvement from the last app FAST offered however I still have trouble with it working for me. IF I can get into my account then it’s fine. It’s just a matter of IF. Seems to have trouble with face recognition and and other glitches when I’m trying to sign in. -- Awsomenesgirl12, 2020-12-30 ### *---- "NEEDS AN UPDATE" It’s so frustrating when the app doesn’t let you log in! I write down all my passwords and usernames so I know my information is correct and it still says to call a member. It’s so distracting when you have to call every week to get it fixed!!! Sometimes they don’t even know why it is not working and tell me to wait! -- Leeennnnnnn, 2020-12-30 ### ***** "Love the new features!" I love the new features, especially Zelle! Now I can reimburse others, no matter where they bank, or they can pay me! -- SucculentsNSun, 2020-10-17 [View all FAST Credit Union reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## FAST Credit Union Discovered Keywords - fast credit union ## Apps Similar to FAST Credit Union - [Kings FCU Mobile](https://apptail.io/app/kings-fcu-mobile-gzQb/united-states) - [EECU](https://apptail.io/app/eecu-pvBc/united-states) - [VirtualBank](https://apptail.io/app/virtualbank-ESEc/united-states) - [Noble Credit Union](https://apptail.io/app/noble-credit-union-vXVc/united-states) - [Start Right Retire Right](https://apptail.io/app/start-right-retire-right-Qpkd/united-states) - [Vero Mortgage Loans](https://apptail.io/app/vero-mortgage-loans-lEpd/united-states) - [United Security Bank App](https://apptail.io/app/united-security-bank-app-mCUd/united-states) - [AMC Vantage](https://apptail.io/app/amc-vantage-Lzti/united-states) - [CORE Loans Connect](https://apptail.io/app/core-loans-connect-pHso/united-states) - [Bank of the Sierra](https://apptail.io/app/bank-of-the-sierra-jkwq/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
