Deceiving-Just got robbed

Its not working and its not even a flash player. How can Apple allow such app to be in the appstore. I want a refund! To all who's planning to purchase this app, DON'T! They are a thief! To the author of this app have the decency and integrity to return my money!!! What a disgrace!
