Works perfectly and fast
Yes it has a few ads but it really works. The app takes a picture of my text which in my case is from a book using my iPhone’s camera. I crop and rotate the text and go to the next screen — and the app instantly creates text that I can copy and paste into my document. Make sure you rotate the text if necessary so your cropped photo is in “portrait” mode. Perfect!

Asked me for a review FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES within the first ten minutes of using. The ads are bad enough, but I can accept them since the app is free, but if they want a review that badly, then here you go. Also doesn’t save anything, so when you select “another” while doing several pages, they’ll all be deleted by the time you get to the last one.
Doesn’t understand handwriting at all!!
Tried to copy multiple pages that were handwritten (and simply printed, not script) and it got maybe one single word correct. The rest looked like an alien language. This is terrible and useless.
Ads get in the way
The ads really make a difference and they keep you from using the app
