- all these apps add all this extra stuff like water tracking and whatever, idc
- I just want to:
-- get a reminder at a set time to fast
-- in that notification I can trigger an action to start my fast
-- get a notification when my fast is over 
-- in this 2nd notification I can trigger an action to end my fast
-- I don't want to ever have to open the app myself to use it 
-- I don't care to see my fasting history
-- I don't care to track water intake / workouts / calories or other bells and whistles that other apps do way better

I like the look of it, simple and seems easy to start and stop but editing your start times on a completed fast - let’s say if I start one but forget to press the button, I can’t go back and change the start times in history. It keeps giving me an error message saying I can’t overlap my fasts…even tho it’s completed and I’m not in the middle of a fast. Frustrating.

I have been using multiple apps for a long time and this app has been working seamlessly and I have been enjoying the features so far. A lot of apps I have tried are only subscription based and don’t really do much. But this app can be easily used for free and does what I want it to do. I downloaded and tried a ton of different app. Most apps were exactly the same and after over twenty one questions I got to the end and it was an extremely over the top prize subscription and there wasn’t a free option even available. I enjoyed the free subscription I did want to get more out of the app so I upgraded to get a little more out of the app. I am happy with the outcome.

I’m just starting this journey but this app keeps me on track with the timers, and all the great readings and features. It logs all my data for me. I love this app.

Edit- now that I’ve used it for about a month, there’s been twice where the timer isn’t correct. It will either stop or you look at it and for some reason it’s four hours ahead of schedule.    If they would fix the timer, then I will give it more stars.

I really like it :) This intermittent fasting app helps me remember the time I need to accomplished for the day :)  It’s like a goal for the day ❤️ It really motivates me to do the intermittent fasting :) Also I like the feature that it will remind you to drink your water.
