There is zero support and zero customer service. The website is no longer existent. Our thermostat died today and it’s 105 degrees out. There’s no rhyme or reason to the app and no way to get any support through the app. Terrible. -- julesg2244, 2023-06-29 ### **--- "It does it’s job, I guess." We got this thermostat with a new install and we’ve had it less than a week and I’m ready to go spend money on something else. The app is dang near impossible to read. White font on an orange background in size 8(?) point font. Why? It doesn’t even look good so I’m struggling to understand. I need to set the program and I toggle to it and just get frustrated because it’s such a stupid set up. I’m not an old person trying to do this. I’m tech savvy. This is just a terribly set up app. Reading reviews has me concerned. We have other thermostats with better apps, not great, but better. -- BTQ, 2022-03-07 ### *---- "App not working" App was fine until I needed to change my password and now it crashes, I can not do anything remotely. I can not get support either. -- Bree06, 2021-06-26 ### ***-- "App is OK, Can’t use it anymore now" App works well but it crashes when I try to change my password and there is no current support to fix it so now I can’t even use the app anymore. -- i3baller11, 2019-08-06 ### ***-- "Good, but a little clunky" So far, I'm liking the Wi7 thermostat. It would be helpful if the programming page listed the name of the thermostat you're trying to program (at the top of the screen). It would also be helpful to show that blue = cool and red = heat. And while you're at it, it would be nice if the Wi7 website had a way of leaving feedback. -- LizR-NM, 2017-05-26 [View all Fast Wi7 Wi reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Fast Wi7 Wi - [bnClock](https://apptail.io/app/bnclock-SnBd/united-states) - [Carrier Connect Thermostat](https://apptail.io/app/carrier-connect-thermostat-Awhg/united-states) - [Temecula: Visit, Shop, Eat](https://apptail.io/app/temecula-visit-shop-eat-mGhg/united-states) - [Pacbrake Wireless](https://apptail.io/app/pacbrake-wireless-Hylg/united-states) - [You-Mingle](https://apptail.io/app/you-mingle-dUck/united-states) - [Connect Thermostat for OEMs](https://apptail.io/app/connect-thermostat-for-oems-ruGm/united-states) - [Fly n Eat](https://apptail.io/app/fly-n-eat-Uofv/united-states) - [Aeris Thermostat](https://apptail.io/app/aeris-thermostat-UKbw/united-states) - [GhostPost: Get Paid to Post](https://apptail.io/app/ghostpost-get-paid-to-post-fzez/united-states) - [CLIPZ - Get paid for views](https://apptail.io/app/clipz-get-paid-for-views-sntz/united-states) ## Fast Wi7 Wi Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/fast-wi7-wi-fi-thermostat-nktd/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/fast-wi7-wi-fi-thermostat-nktd/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
