## Faster Weight Loss & Diet Help Description
With this powerful program from Rachael Meddows, discover how hypnotherapy can help you get into the right mentality to lose weight—thereby keeping off the pounds you shed, for good. It’s all about tackling the mindset shifts you need to establish a healthier relationship with food and your body—a tactic that is often neglected with other weight loss methods.

This is not a diet. Diets can feel restrictive and don’t address the root issues, which often are the result of unhealthy relationships with food or exercise that were formed long ago. Instead, hypnosis for weight loss is a practice that reprograms the way you think about food so that you naturally develop healthier habits for the long term.

There is a reason why Rachael's apps have been downloaded millions of times, because they work.

Benefits can include:
- Faster weight loss
- Increased body image confidence
- Healthier habits for natural weight loss
- Increase energy
- Deeper relaxation
- Improved sleep
- Increased motivation
- Focus

This app features:

* Soothing, therapeutic hypnotherapy tracks designed by Rachael Meddows
* High quality, state of the art recordings
* Playlist feature you can customize with in-app purchases
* Optional hypnosis instructions
* Choose a short, long, or sleep induction
* Your choice of eight different background sounds

## Faster Weight Loss & Diet Help Reviews in United States

### *---- "This is NOT a weight loss tape"
It’s a tape about setting & achievement of a goal. Voice is female that is not relaxing or hypnotic.
-- AfterU, 2022-01-11

### *---- "Weight loss"
Cannot connect to make in app purchases. Even after restarting my device.
-- Whooty16, 2021-10-07

### *---- "This is a SCAM"
You pay $3.99 to get access to a list of *other* things you have to buy. The $3.99 essentially gives you NOTHING. I’m mad at myself for falling for this crap.
-- All the cool names were taken, 2021-09-22

### ***** "It’s rare I give 5 stars!!"
I was so impressed with my first induction that I was motivated to writing a review. To anyone who may or may not have experience with Hypnosis as a vehicle I strongly recommend this app!! I’ve only done one induction and I am hoping that they offer something for those of us who cannot even find room in my budget just yet as I have so many other apps with subscriptions. I am going to have to cut back on, at least, a couple!! Sad to say but I’m attempting to cut back on my screen time but will include this Weight Loss app as a saver!! Thank you 😊👏
-- TerriTerriQuiteContrary, 2019-01-06

### *---- "Bad app"
I paid for a session and it won't download and cannot contact app support
-- Kypreggo, 2017-07-29

### ***** "Uplifting"
I listen to several hypnosis apps to help me lose weight. They are helping me keep my resolve and attitude in the right spot. This one is my favorite because I love her voice and the beach background sounds. I listen to it at bedtime and find myself looking forward to this time of deep relaxation and positive thinking. It's changed me from a night owl that dreaded going to bed to a person who is early to bed and refreshed the next day. Awesome!!
-- BSC in NC, 2016-12-02

### ***** "Love it!"
The first thing we do is relax the body.. I am usually out soon after that. A nice way to fall asleep and feel better tomorrow. Definitely recommend the peace, meditation and exercise encouragement sets. Good night to you all.
-- AmyHatesSiriToday, 2016-10-19

### ***** "We love this app!"
My son is 9 and severely ADHD. Sleep is difficult for him and often he must take medication. Recently he has become curious about meditation, a play therapist had mentioned it to him and they did some exercises together. Then I stumbled upon this app. I purchased several different ones but loved all of them. A week ago, my son snuggled into my bed and on a whim, I fetched a speaker and put it at the foot of the bed, set ocean waves as background and played 'pure peaceful meditation'. My son fell asleep quickly and slept quietly the entire night! He has requested this app almost every night since then. Her voice is so calm and relaxing, I usually nod off on the staircase. I can't praise this app enough, would give it 10 stars if I could!
-- Hardrockmom72, 2016-10-05

### ***** "Very effective"
This self hypnosis app is very effective in putting me in a meditative state so I can absorb the benefits that it provides. I look forward to it daily.
-- Poodleypete, 2016-04-25

### **--- "Voice is annoying"
Not relaxing at all. Found the voice and accent of the person doing the guided hypnosis annoying. Spoke in a rushed manner- not relaxing at all.
-- Cababel?, 2016-01-02
