I was really happy with the free version, it worked as expected and logged my fasting times accurately. However, the paid version has been a huge letdown. 1. Limited Customization– One major issue is that you can’t change the weight metric from lbs to kg, which seems like a basic feature for a health-tracking app. 2. Rigid Fasting Schedule– While you can set a **fixed fasting window for each day, there’s no option to customize different fasting periods on different days. If you follow a flexible fasting routine and want to alternate your fasting window throughout the week to optimize results, it’s simply not possible. I only paid £5.99 for the year at the discounted rate but had I paid the full £59.99 I would be very annoyed. For a paid subscription, I expected more flexibility and more/better features, but instead, it feels restrictive. Unless these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend upgrading to the premium version.
I must admit that I’d been enjoying using the free version of this app and when I was presented with the offer of full membership for £5.99 a year (instead of the usual £59.99) I took it up. Unfortunately they charged me the full £59.99 (which I cannot afford right now and has left me in a tight spot until the end of the month). Tried the “contact us” tab on their website only to see that it’s “unavailable”. This is simply not good enough - I will now keep posting these reviews everywhere I can to warn others of this shady practice, until this error is rectified and an apology received.
It’s easy to use, keeps track of where you are in your current fast and counts down to your target which I find helps with motivation to avoid temptation to have a sneaky snack.
I loved this app when it had a widget to see how long you have left. It would be great if the devs added this feature for the newer iOS versions.
This used to have a widget on older iOS but that has now been removed. Please can we get a widget to track the lifetime please. Thank you
You can find me odd but I don't like being tricked. I found this app recommended by another site for a one-off payment of $2.99. When the link took me to the Apple Store and I downloaded the app, during the setup, the app is asking for £29.99 for the first year and then £59.99. It's really not nice to treat people like fools.
I was expecting a lot more from an intermittent fasting app. This is basically an alarm clock. Waste of money.
This is the best fasting app I’ve come across yet !!! Give it a go you won’t be sorry and you won’t get a better app!!!
Simple and effective-love it
