Fastient works seamlessly with various types of fasts. Popular fasting regimes include:
- Intermittent Fasting (IF)
- 16:8,20:4, or 36-hour fast
- One Meal a Day (OMAD)
- Alternate Day Fasting (ADF)
- Extended Fasting (EF)
Fastient Premium is offered in two ways, Lifetime and Yearly. Lifetime premium gives you access to all premium features for life. Yearly subscriptions give you access to all premium features for a year from the date of purchase (referred to as "current period"). Either purchase will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation. Yearly subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period, and your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions or turn off auto-renewal anytime in your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

I really like this app! Super easy to use and nice to be able to add pictures along with your progress!
Best Fasting App with one time purchase.
The app is easy to use, and stick to the basics. But needs to be updated since last update was more than 4 years ago.
Just what I need… but…
I like the functionality but the UX is abysmal. I have to force quit the app constantly just to get back to the main screen.

Simple interface with everything I need! (Tracker, goal, calorie counter, journal, etc). Doesn’t have all that unnecessary bloat that other fasting apps have.
