Desde un principio decidí pagar para tener la versión premium y comprometerme al 100 con el ayuno intermitente. Puedes ingresar lo que comes y te ayuda a calcular las calorías de cada cosa que te metes a la boca. Estoy combinando el ayuno con keto así que vamos a ver !
