Omady is a simple intermittent fasting tracker that helps you lose weight, build a routine, and understand your body. Pick a plan like 16:8 or OMAD, tap Start, and follow your fast through fat-burning and ketosis in real time.

And it respects you: no account, no social feed, no notification spam. Just you, your fast, and a clean tracker that does its job. Open it only when you actually need it.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

No account. No sign-up. No social feed. Your fasting history, weight logs, and progress photos stay on your iPhone. iCloud sync is optional — you control if and when. We don't sell your data, run ad networks, or build social pressure into the app.

ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION

Omady is free to use. Premium unlocks the AI Coach, custom plans beyond presets, full fasting history, progress photos with Face ID lock, premium challenges, and expanded daily meal scans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the end of the free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in Apple ID Settings.
