Awesome app, been using it for years!

I started doing intermittent fasting about six years ago, and this app has really been helpful with remembering exactly how long I’ve been fasting for, on a given day, and recalling my trends. It did not take long before I paid for the pro features, as the ability to set the start time on a fast (that I’ve already started) has been of huge value. I’m very grateful to the developers for creating and maintaining this app. It is part of my arsenal of tools that I rely upon.

Great App but I Was Expecting a Few Key Features

The app is great overall. I find it very motivating to see my current fasting time. I also like the log & seeing my current time spent fasting in such a fun countdown format. Yet a few things I’m personally missing, was expecting, & are keeping me from giving it that extra star. A manual keto or glucose log, since many fasters are keeping up with one or both of these readings. The ability to schedule a fast for a number of hours through the app, instead of merely a manual start & end time. Yes, I can calculate them myself, but it would be handy to be able to pick a start time, either now or some other time in the past or future & the app allow me to choose a goal start time of however many hours instead of me having to calculate the date & hour. This can be quite cumbersome for a long fast. I’m new to the app, so I don’t know if it averages my fast times somehow. Meaning while let’s say doing a 24-hour fast each on Monday-Tuesday & Friday-Saturday has the same hourly total & average time spent fasting per day throughout the week as a single 48-hour Tuesday through Thursday fast, there is a considerable difference between the 2 which I hope is somehow shown in some statistic or log. But overall, the app is great, useful, & motivational. Since I have been water fasting apart from a 3-5 hour calorie window for several years, I wish I had been manually logging instead of treating each day as independent, just remembering when I can eat today based on yesterday. Or normally eating at the same time regardless & having a longer or shorter fast I forget about directly afterwards. I purchased this because I need to up my fasting game a little, add some time to some of my fasts. It is a great tool, is what it is, but I wish it had a few more features.

What you get from this app, for free, is good enough. For only a a few dollars you can get the premium version. The pro start feature, which if you forget to start a fast, you can manually start a fast, totally worth the couple of bucks

I just started fasting. I got a subscription to another app and it didn’t have nearly as much as this one and it cost $30 for 3 months. To get the one with everything I wanted was going to be even more. There were numerous apps just like that. I heard about this app and the pro version is only $1.99 and it’s not even a subscription! It’s a one time cost. I feel like I threw $30 out the window because this is the one I’m actually going to use. Don’t waste your money on the other apps. This one is fantastic. Thanks so much to the developers. 😊

My favorite fasting app so far

I’ve tried several apps all with way too many features and unnecessary stuff. I love how easy it is to set up a fast. Then the app stores all your fasts automatically and has time adjustment in case you forgot to push “end fast”. So easy to use.

Love this app! For a very low cost one time fee (like less than $2.50 with tax) you can track your fasts, your weight, & your measurements all in one app. If you don’t need to track anything other than your fasts, then the app is free to use. I’ve used it for a week now and am so glad to have found it!!
