The start and finish of fasting is a great way to ensure you know how long you have been fasting.  However, I find the two weeks overview to be incorrect as I have been fasting for 15 hours per day but says it is only 14 hours per day ago

Would be great if we could track a fast that we started say, five hours ago. Other fasting apps have this option which is helpful since I don’t always remember to start the app countdown as soon as I finish my last meal before a fast. At the moment, you can only start counting a fast as of “now”.

Overall simple but effective app. Only comment would be are the start and stop times not being adjustable, which is a let down. If you forget to start or stop your fast, you essentially cant change anything, which can affect your data long term. Would give it 5 stars if that feature was added. Love the app for the simplicity, though.

I like the simplicity and design of the app. It just tracks your time fasting and keeps a record of the number of times you’ve fasted. 

I know that some of the other subscription versions have badges, notifications and tips regarding diets and exercise. But since I don’t need that, this app is perfect for me.
