It runs the clock as “not fasting” until you start the clock for your fast. I don’t want the clock running. I want THE OPTION to run the clock. Also it doesn’t keep a good record of your past fasts, so I have to screen shot when and how long it was. So long story short, I only download the app when I want to fast, screenshot my numbers, and delete the app when I’m not fasting so that it’s not running constantly. It does get the job done simply of counting how long you’re fasting though.
