## FastParkNCharge Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Bad. Wasted time & Money"
PLEASE READ THIS!! Wanted to use the charger at Grand Hyatt. I thought I was lucky cos the whole row was empty on a weekend. Tried scanning and manually inputting the station number. Didn’t work. Called the helpline. They said to top up cash first. Most app will direct you to add a card or link a type of payment but not this app so it’s confusing. So I added $40/- then I tried to scan and manually key in. Didn’t work. Re-started the app a few times. Didn’t work. Wasted my time. Now I’m left with $40/- in the app.

### *---- "App"
Whoever made or is in charge of this app needs to get their brain checked for possible brain damage. Stop hiting ITE graduates
-- Arex123aaa, 2026-04-09

### *---- "Insanely bad. Gave up charging"
Zero user testing. The only testing they do is testing your patience.
-- Txvqv, 2026-03-28

### *---- "Useless charging point and app"
App does not recognise its own QR code or manually key in ID. Charge for 3% with sufficient amount of credit but charging stop with no reasons. I was left in loading page and then could not stop charging. Rubbish. Dont use this app and charging point
-- Tesla powered, 2026-02-18

### *---- "SCAM"
Don't bother charging with this useless company. No customer service. Cable unable to disconnect for hours. USELESS
-- AkilBhai, 2026-01-29

### *---- "Fraud"
This app is a fraud, please do not install! It will charge additional money to your card, even if you only being charge based on your receipt. The hotline and email are not in used and cannot be contacted.
This app is out there scamming users of money. Please report this app.
-- Hdtuuh, 2026-01-25

### *---- "Useless"
My genuine advise for the person who developed this app is to quit this world. Absolute useless, laggy and slow app. In fact, the whole company is useless. The charging always stops halfway.
-- Colin_ABC, 2026-01-08

### *---- "Epic app."
I wonder if it’s free to get the EV lots for them or they have money to burn.

Downloaded app, asked to create account, creates account, says I have an account (Dafaq?). Then proceed to select forget password, was informed I have no account. Epic.

Waste of parking lots.
-- Typical SG Guy, 2026-01-03

### *---- "Can’t add credit card"
Can’t add credit card
-- Agape20, 2025-12-04

### *---- "App just keeps hanging"
The app just keeps hanging, rarely works, i wonder if people working here even completed any IT courses
