## FastToll Illinois Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can’t pay toll"
The payment option is not on my screen so I am unable to pay the tolls I have to pay. Have used this app in the past no problem but now it has the unpaid tolls, payment history, vehicle information, and help but no way to pay the toll.
-- Frustrated in Hayward, 2023-12-22

### ***** "This app"
I usually used this app when I going outside of Chicago is easy and fast 🪄
-- Jeyson16, 2023-11-22

### ***-- "Great app, but you can no longer pay your tolls using the app."
Not sure what happened, but you cannot pay your tolls using the app. This is disappointing. I hope this functionality is restored. I’m guessing this wasn’t removed by choice.
-- gmcnamee, 2023-11-04

### *---- "No works!!"
I try the pay my toll. The system not let me do it. Is appear the toll time and day. But no let me put the information about my card and payment. Frustrating 😩

This app is worthless now that you can’t pay from it. Super frustrating…
-- TheTealCactus, 2023-08-14

### *---- "No payment option!?"
I’ve been using this app for awhile and having a lot of success. the other day I used it and then found out that they got rid of the payment option… so now what? I can see the tolls I went through but have no option to pay them! why get rid of that feature?
-- Jarred Strupp, 2023-08-13

### *---- "Removed payment option"
This app has no payment option and I don’t understand why once should still continue to use when they don’t allow us to make payment
-- Ashish Manne, 2023-07-27

### *---- "Not accepting payment of tolls online"
This app was great until it doesn’t allow you to pay for the tolls online. So who do we pay?
-- Andrea Fpaz, 2023-05-28

### ***** "Can’t pay my tolls"
I’ve been with this app for a year now never had a problem, but now I’m trying to pay my tolls but my payments will not go through! It keeps noting that it’s offline and that I have to create an account with Pay by Plate…. Please fix the problem
-- "TEATOE", 2023-05-20

### *---- "Stopped working"
Not sure where the support is at but ipass changed their pay system. Go get an ipass if you don’t want a ticket!
