I am writing this review after 5 times usage in Chennai. First of all their customer service number is very quick they don’t make customer to wait very long time. Price is reasonable and the drivers very response and polite. Seems they too happy to work under FT.

On 19th I booked for a sedan for 20 Apr Early morning, through their app But I received a Maruti Alto, but I have to pay the same amount of sedan, customer support manager is a Moron he says only this vehicle available so take it. This is a last time I will be using Fasttrack.

When installing in iPhone , asking for location access . If we give access only using this app , the app drastically fail and shuts . So indirectly you want the user location for tracking . This is security vulnerable .

Asking higher charges than the Amount shown during booking. Useless customer care. They are running fraudulent service.

Please don’t ride in this taxi. They show an amount and charge more than 3 times at the time of dropping

Struck at otp page with “Go to setting and turn on permissions” message. Seems without triggering permission the app is redirecting to settings. Poor coding and testing. This is a blocker for new user

5th time I book in app and they give one rate and final bill 100-300 more.. Night Time charges Airport parking charges Extra Km for coming charges Final bill also not matching to final ask.. Its mass fraud need some serious action.

Fastrack service is excellent as always but the application has some flaws in the user experience. It has to be improved to attract more users. I observed the following issues, 1. Unable to search and choose contacts, if i book for someone else. 2. Location accuracy is not up to the mark. 3. Unable to locate the cab after booking Please look into this.
