Existing records remain viewable, but you can no longer add new entries or start AI conversations. SAVE YOUR INFORMATION Request a data export from the shutdown notice or Settings. Save the ZIP file to Files or download it from the link we email you. Existing account-deletion options remain available in account settings. New account registration, new logging, AI generation and purchases are no longer available. If you need help accessing your information or requesting an export, contact support@fathom.care.
